  46. Internet. It has two components, an Encoder and Player. The Encoder is
  47. used to create highly compressed voice files,which are added to Web
  48. pages using standard HTML tags. The Player lets users listen to voice on
  49. Web pages, and is available as a Netscape Navigator plug-in, or as a
  50. stand-alone helper application. A free version of ToolVox is available
  51. for downloading. The ToolVox Encoder can also be purchased in a Gold
  52. version, which features improved sound quality, batch compression
  53. and the ability to embed MIDI files, for streaming background music with
  54. voice clips. ToolVox Gold also includes Voxware's VoiceFonts
  55. transformation technology.

  58. required for developers to incorporate Voxware's powerful speech
  59. compression in their applications. The Voice Development Kit includes a
  60. library of functions which support use of the RT24 and RT29HQ codecs to

  62. game products. Both Windows and Macintosh versions of Voxware's Voice
