The Paging File Size sensor has detected a large paging file. This may cause excessive "paging" of data between physical memory (RAM) and the virtual memory in the paging file on the hard disk. This can degrade computer performance.
To lower the paging file size, close any non-essential applications.
If the Page File Size and Utilization sensors show a small, highly utilized paging file, and the Disk Space sensor shows little free disk space, make some room on the hard disk. This will allow Windows to increase the size of the paging file.
Consider installing more RAM in your computer.
The trigger level for this sensor's alarm determines what Norton System Doctor considers a "large" paging file. To change the trigger level, click Change Alarm Settings.
