The Disk Throughput sensor has detected that data stored on the disk is being retrieved slowly. This can slow down your applications, and may indicate a small disk cache, highly fragmented data on the disk, or a slow disk drive.
Possible remedies include optimizing your disk with Speed Disk, increasing the size of the disk cache by closing nonessential applications or installing more RAM, or obtaining a faster disk drive.
The trigger level for this sensor's alarm determines what Norton System Doctor considers "low" throughput. To change the trigger level, click Change Alarm Settings.
