  12. different license agreement signed by High Criteria 
  13. Computing, Inc. your use of this software indicates your 
  14. acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  16. Registered Version

  18. One registered copy of Total Recorder must be used by a 
  19. single person who uses the software personally on up to 
  20. three computers, or installed on a single workstation used 
  21. non-concurrently by multiple people, but not both.

  23. Governing Law

  25. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
  26. Province of Ontario.

  28. Disclaimer of Warranty

  30. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" 
  31. AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY 
  32. OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. 
  33. Because of the various hardware and software environments 
  34. in which Total Recorder can be installed, NO WARRANTY OF 
  35. FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. Should the 
  36. Software prove defective, you and not High Criteria ASSUME THE 
  37. ENTIRE COST OF ANY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, 
  38. WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS 
  39. INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY 
  40. LOSS) RESULTING FROM THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN OR PRODUCED BY 
  41. THE SOFTWARE. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SELECTION OF 
  42. THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS, AND FOR THE 
  43. INSTALLATION OF, USE OF, AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE.
