SAS (Simple Accounting Systems) is for those who do not want to maneuver through a main menu screen to proceed with their work. This is simple accounting solution that can be used for either individual and/or office expenses. SAS tracks your cash/check expenses and allows continuous checking account balancing. The SAS includes cash and check receipts for business and/or home expenses, ATM and other cash withdrawals, bank deposits, and keeps a running checking account balance. The "Bank Statement" area is used for reconciling checks, your monthly banking expenses, and by entering a new beginning balance will continue to a new month, tracking cleared "C" and non-cleared "N" checks. A “monthly" or "end of the year” report may be printed showing where and how monies are spent, and may be presented as a detailed report to your tax accountant. Also, there is a bill and payment schedule, and credit card information ( payments, interest, balance). SAS will interact with other CIA Center solutions. When you pay the registration fee, you will also receive Asset/Debt Inventory System FREE!
I have given LOTS of record examples (probably too many) to show the possibilities of how the program and reports work. You may delete these records (or just type over them). If you have the CIA Center's (CIS) ContACT Information System, or any of our other solutions ( TIPS, BLIS), put all of the files in the same folder and the "contacts" button will take you to that file. If you do not have theses other programs, and you use the buttons, you will receive a message that it needs the files to continue, just "Cancel".
The "button_info.fp3" file will help you understand the different functions. If you want an instruction manual, contact me and I will send it to you. *Note* Do not rename or separate the files.
