  5. Microsoft LAN Manager versions 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2

  8.  The EtherDisk diskette contains a subdirectory 
  9.  structure and files that make it an OEM import 
  10.  disk for the LAN Manager installer.  Use the 
  11.  import function of the LAN Manager installer 
  12.  to capture the NDIS driver from the EtherDisk diskette.  
  13.  Be sure to save the new configuration before exiting the
  14.  installer.

  16. DOS installation with Lan Manager 2.2
  17. -------------------------------------
  18.  
  19.  The following describes the procedure for 
  20.  importing the driver during installation of 
  21.  Lan Manager 2.2 for DOS.
  22.  
  23.  1. Begin the MS-DOS Lan Manager installation by 
  24.     inserting the MS-DOS Setup diskette and 
  25.     typing A:SETUP.
  26.  
  27.  2. After reading the Microsoft Drivers 1 diskette, 
  28.     a window is displayed showing available Network 
  29.     Adapter Drivers.  In this window choose the
  30.     following function:
  31.  
  32.     Select Other Driver         (Alt-D)
  33.  
  34.  3. When prompted to insert your network driver 
  35.     diskette, insert the EtherDisk.
  36.  
  37.  4. After the driver is imported from the EtherDisk, 
  38.     a box will be displayed showing the driver.  
  39.     Select the EtherLink III LAN + Modem PC Card driver.
  40.  
  41.  5. Continue with the remainder of the installation 
  42.     by next selecting a protocol to use with the 
  43.     EtherLink III LAN + Modem PC Card driver.

  49.    In order for the modem to function correctly 
  50. in MS Windows, add the following commands to your 
  51. Window's  SYSTEM.INI file under the [386Enh] category:
