End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Expired Domains
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between WipeSoft ("AUTHOR") and an individual or a single entity who agrees and accepts the following terms and conditions by installing, copying, or otherwise using the software product identified above ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. This EULA does not give you any license to the copyrights or other intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted by this EULA are reserved to ("AUTHOR").
DISTRIBUTION
You may distribute this program in unmodified form via electronic means or on CD compilations. You may not sell this program.
LIMITATIONS
You may not alter, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not rent, lease, or lend your personal data (username / password).
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided as is without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AUTHOR assumes no liability for damages, either direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the software product. AUTHOR takes no responsibility if one or more results (statistic) are missing or they are incorrect.
TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, AUTHOR may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
