  17. author or paid license is prohibited, violators will be prosecuted

  21. Floppy Disks, DVD Discs, CD Discs and other transferrable or
  22. removable media without the Author's consent is prohibited
  23. unless the distribution is on a Magazine CD-Cover which is
  24. given at no additional cost.

  27. consent of the author is prohibited, even if the 3rd party
  28. program is free in nature.

  33. Content providers are using the Microsoft digital rights
  34. management technology for Windows Media ("WM-DRM") to protect
  35. the integrity of their content ("Secure Content") so that their
  36. intellectual property, including copyright, in such content is
  37. not misappropriated.  Portions of this software and other third
  38. party applications ("WM-DRM Software") use WM-DRM to transfer or
  39. play Secure Content.  If the WM-DRM Software's security has been
  40. compromised, owners of Secure Content ("Secure Content Owners")
  41. may request that Microsoft revoke the WM-DRM Software's right to
  42. copy, display, transfer and/or play Secure Content. Revocation
  43. does not alter the WM-DRM Software's ability to play unprotected
  44. content.  A list of revoked WM-DRM Software is sent to your
  45. computer whenever you download a license for Secure Content from
  46. the Internet.  Microsoft may, in conjunction with such a license,
  47. also download revocation lists onto your computer on behalf of
  48. Secure Content Owners.  Secure Content Owners may also require
  49. you to upgrade some of the WM-DRM components distributed with
  50. this software ("WM-DRM Upgrades") before accessing their content.
  51. When you attempt to play such content, WM-DRM Software built by
  52. Microsoft will notify you that a WM-DRM Upgrade is required and
  53. then ask for your consent before the WM-DRM Upgrade is
  54. downloaded.  WM-DRM Software used by third parties may do the
  55. same.  If you decline the upgrade, you will not be able to access
  56. content that requires the WM-DRM Upgrade; however, you will still
  57. be able to access unprotected content and Secure Content that
  58. does not require the upgrade.
