  11.     The trial version of this software may be used for evaluation purposes
  12.     at the user's own risk for a period of 14 days from the date of 
  13.     installation. At the end of the trial period, the user must either 
  14.     purchase a license to continue using the software, or remove it from 
  15.     his/her system.

  17.     The trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution 
  18.     package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for 
  19.     the distribution of Hard Drive Inspector without written permission from the 
  20.     copyright holder.

  26.     On payment of the appropriate license fee, the user is granted a 
  27.     non-exclusive license to use Hard Drive Inspector on one computer 
  28.     (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered 
  29.     software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, 
  30.     if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the 
  31.     software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all 
  32.     previous versions.

  34.     While every care has been taken in the construction and testing of this
  35.     software, it is supplied subject to the condition that the user 
  36.     undertakes to evaluate the suitability of the control for his/her 
  37.     purposes. AltrixSoft makes no representation of the software's 
  38.     suitability for any purpose, and the user agrees that AltrixSoft 
  39.     has no responsibility for any loss or damage occasioned by the use of 
  40.     this software.

  42.     TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND 
  43.     DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ALTRIXSOFT DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMS 
  44.     ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, 
  45.     BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A 
  46.     PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMANCE WITH DESCRIPTION, TITLE AND 
  47.     NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

  49.     TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 
  50.     ALTRIXSOFT DEVELOPMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, 
  51.     SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, 
  52.     WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS 
  53.     INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) 
  54.     ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, 
  55.     EVEN IF ALTRIXSOFT DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF 
  56.     SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, ALTRIXSOFT'S CUMULATIVE AND ENTIRE 
  57.     LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM 
  58.     ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS OR ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT 
  59.     SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THIS LICENSE.

  62.     unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration 
  63.     shall have no effect on the remaining terms hereof.
