  50. File and Folder Privacy is intended for controlling access to files and 
  51. folders situated on local media of Windows 98/ME/2000/XP at Windows 
  52. kernel level. It enables you to control access to certain files and folders 
  53. by using the password requirement, or to hide them securely from viewing 
  54. and searching. The program does not modify your media: in protecting your 
  55. files, it just uses a high-reliability VXD (SYS for Windows NT/2000/XP) driver 
  56. working at Windows kernel level. This guarantees that File and Folder Privacy 
  57. will never lose your data, as may happen if you use other file- and 
  58. folder-protecting software.

  64. This software is distributed as shareware. To keep the program on your
  65. personal computer you should register it. The first step is to obtain a
  66. registration code by paying a fee to the authors in the amount of 
  67. single-user license = $49 US or with some discounts depending on quantity 
  68. of licenses. You may buy the license(s) using Online Registration via 
  69. Secure Server. If you do not wish to use Online Registration you may use 
  70. the following alternatives: Telephone orders, Fax orders, or payment may 
  71. be sent via postal mail or other delivery methods. The second step is to 
  72. enter your registration code in the program. Use the Help-Register item 
  73. in the main menu to enter the code in the program. To avoid errors use 
  74. Windows Clipboard when entering the code.
