  2.     AEVITA Erase Hard Drive : the License
  3.     =====================================

  5.     The AEVITA Erase Hard Drive is trialware ("try-before-buy"). 
  6.     This means:

  8.   - All copyrights to AEVITA Erase Hard Drive are exclusively owned 
  9.     by AEVITA Software Ltd.
  10.  
  11.   - Anyone may use this software during a trial period of 15 days.
  12.     Following this trial period of 15 days or less, if you wish to
  13.     continue to use AEVITA Erase Hard Drive, you MUST register.
  14.  
  15.   - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
  16.     use AEVITA Erase Hard Drive on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), 
  17.     for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered AEVITA Erase 
  18.     Hard Drive software may not be rented or leased, but may be 
  19.     permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to 
  20.     terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer 
  21.     must include the update and all previous versions.
  22.  
  23.   - The AEVITA Erase Hard Drive unregistered trialware version may 
  24.     be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not 
  25.     modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the 
  26.     distribution of AEVITA Erase Hard Drive without written permission 
  27.     from the copyright holder.
  28.  
  29.   - AEVITA ERASE HARD DRIVE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO 
  30.     WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT 
  31.     YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA 
  32.     LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS 
  33.     WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
  34.  
  35.   - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  36.     decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer 
  37.     the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except 
  38.     as provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  39.     result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  40.     may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  42.     All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by AEVITA 
  43.     Software Ltd.
  44.  
  45.   - Installing and using AEVITA Erase Hard Drive signifies acceptance 
  46.     of these terms and conditions of the license.
  47.  
  48.   - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  49.     AEVITA Erase Hard Drive files from your storage devices and cease 
  50.     to use the product.
