  2.     Tray Commander: the License
  3.     ==================================

  5.   - All copyrights to Tray Commander are exclusively owned by
  6.     Ardamax Software, Inc.
  7.  
  8.   - Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. 
  9.     Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to 
  10.     continue to use Tray Commander, you MUST register.
  11.  
  12.   - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  13.     use Tray Commander on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any 
  14.     legal purpose, at a time.  The registered Tray Commander software 
  15.     may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, 
  16.     if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the 
  17.     software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all 
  18.     previous versions.

  20.   - The Tray Commander unregistered (trial) version may be freely 
  21.     distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. 
  22.     No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of 
  23.     Tray Commander without written permission from the copyright holder. 
  24.  
  25.   - TRAY COMMANDER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY 
  26.     OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR 
  27.     OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA 
  28.     LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND 
  29.     OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  31.   - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  32.     decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  33.     licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  34.     provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorised use shall 
  35.     result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  36.     may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  38.     All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by
  39.     Ardamax Software, Inc.

  41.   - Installing and using Tray Commander signifies acceptance of 
  42.     these terms and conditions of the license.

  44.   - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  45.     Tray Commander files from your storage devices and cease to use 
  46.     the product.
