If you click on the Cube button on the left hand side of the 3D Canvas window, a group of primitives will be displayed. You can drag and drop these onto your scene.
3D Canvas Plus and 3D Canvas Pro include extensive online help and more than two dozen tutorials.
The Extrude operation can be used for adding bevels to edges. Select a face on an object, right click on the Extrude operation and enter an extrude and bevel amount. Then click the Extrude operation.
The Crease operation is used to add creases to objects. It can also be used to remove creases from objects.
Individual faces on an object can be painted with the Paint tool.
If you double-click on a primitive you can change its detail level.
The Deform tool more strongly affects the points nearest to the center of the selection sphere.
The Fill tool can be set to orient its fill based on the face clicked on by selecting "Edit Using Face Coordinates" on the main toolbar.
Faces, points and edges can be selected using the Point and Face Selection Tool.
The Tip operation (3D Canvas Plus/Pro Feature) is used to add tips to individual faces, or add tips to all of an object's faces.
The Object Subtract boolean operation (3D Canvas Pro Feature) is used to subtract one object from another. This can be useful for drilling holes.
The Bevel operation (3D Canvas Plus/Pro Feature) is used to bevel selected faces. If you do not have 3D Canvas Pro or 3D Canvas Plus, you can bevel edges using the Extrude operation.
The Divide operation divides the selected faces or edges.
The Trim operation is used to trim away faces, edges and points.
The Triangulate operation (3D Canvas Plus/Pro Feature) is used to triangulate an object or a selection of faces.

The Smooth operation divides the faces that make up the selected object and smoothes it.
The Solidify operation (3D Canvas Plus/Pro Feature) is used to fill holes in objects.
The Optimize operation (3D Canvas Plus/Pro Feature) optimizes the geometry of an object. This often results in a smaller number of points and faces, but may also correct rendering problems that result from deformation, point editing and face editing.
The Split operation (3D Canvas Plus/Pro Feature) splits the selected point or points.
The Bend operation is used to bend objects. It can also be used to bend a portion of an object.
The Edge operation is used to create an edge between two points.
The Weld operation (3D Canvas Plus/Pro Feature) is used to weld selected points into a single point.
