  16.  and fully agree with this License Agreement.

  18.  Please, do not continue in installation of this software if you don't agree
  19.  with all the terms and conditions written below. Please, read this Agreement
  20.  carefully to its end and then, either accept this agreement and continue
  21.  to install the Software by checking the "I accept the agreemnt" option or,
  22.  if you do not wish to accept this Agreement, cancel this installation
  23.  and remove the installation software from the hard disc of your PC.

  29.  LICENCE AGREEMENT

  31.  The Software is in Czech and Slovak republic distributed exclusively by DS&T
  32.  and thus exclusively to DS&T are delegated all the rights and liabilities
  33.  arising from this delegation, including the exclusive right to grant users
  34.  the condition of use (COU) licenses to all Bizz(TM) products.

  37.  Distribution

  39.  The Software is licensed by DS&T and distributed electronically or
  40.  on any recordable media. FreeWare versions can be distributed freely
  41.  by anybody, supposing that all the other terms and conditions of
  42.  this license are met.

  45.  Installation and Use

  47.  The program is considered to be in use, when it is resident int the
  48.  memory of the computer on the disc or other storage device.

  53.  By accepting these terms and conditions you agree not to

  55.    - sublicense, rent or lease the program
  56.    - modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble

  58.      previous written agreement with DS&T.

  63.  The Software is being delivered to you "AS IS" and DS&T makes no warranty
  64.  as to its use or performance. DS&T do not and cannot warrant the performance
  65.  or results you obtain by using the software.  DS&T makes no warranties,
  66.  express or implied, as to non-infringement of third party rights,
  67.  merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.  In no event will
  68.  DS&T be liable for any consequential, incidental or special damages,
  69.  including any lost profits or lost savings, even if an DS&T representative
  70.  has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim
  71.  by any third party.

  73.  Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation
  74.  of incidental, consequential or special damages, or the exclusion
