  20. 1. Short description
  21.  
  22.      Starter is an advanced startup manager for Windows 9x/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003
  23.      and perhaps the future Windows versions.
  24.      Starter is a real Freeware and not crippled in any way.
  25.      Starter supports the most common operations over the programs
  26.      that are executed by Windows whenever it is starting up. These
  27.      include but not limited to: add new items, delete and edit existing items,
  28.      temporarily disable and enable items. In addition, Starter allows
  29.      to manage the currently running processes in system.

  31. 2. Requirements

  33.      This product requires Microsoft Windows 9x/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003.
  34.      Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher is recommended.

  36. 3. Installation/Uninstallation
  37.  
  38.      Installation
  39.        If you have downloaded the file named like "StarterSetup.zip":
  40.        Unpack it to the temporary folder and execute the StarterSetup.exe.
  41.        Then follow the setup instructions.
  42.        After the successful installation you can run the program from new
  43.        "CodeStuff" program group or by executing Starter's shortcut
  44.        from then Windows Desktop or the Quicklaunch panel (if you have
  45.        selected the options to create such shortcuts during setup process).

  47.        If you have downloaded the file named like "Starter.zip":
  48.        Just unpack the archive retaining the directory structure
  49.        to the folder where you wish to keep the program.
  50.        Run the program by executing Starter.exe.
  51.  
  52.      Uninstallation
  53.        If you have installed Starter using the Installer (StaterSetup.exe) then
  54.        it can be uninstalled by using the "Add/Remove Programs"
  55.        Windows Control Panel applet or by executing the corresponding shortcut
  56.        from "CodeStuff" folder in Start Menu/Programs.

  58.        If you have manually unpacked Starter in a custom folder then
  59.        just delete this folder with all the files in it.

  61.        In any case please make sure than Starter is not running
  62.        before performing uninstall!
