This value allows to control IO driver usage behaviour. By default RivaTuner uses install-start-load-unload driver usage behaiour in order to allow fast user switching feature under Windows XP. You may set this value to 1 in order to force old install-start-load-unload-stop-uninstall driver usage behaviour.
