  1.   Smart PC License agreement

  4.   Please read this software license agreement carefully before using the
  5. software. Use of Smart PC indicates you accept the terms of this license
  6. agreement and warranty.

  8.   All copyrights to Smart PC are exclusively owned by the company - Smart PC
  9. Solutions, LLC.
  10.   Anyone may use this software during a trial period of 30 days. Following
  11. this trial period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use Smart
  12. PC, you must register.
  13.  
  14.   Smart PC may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is
  15. not modified, without written permission from the copyright holder. You may
  16. not clone, rent, lease, sell, modify the software. Any such unauthorized
  17. use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  18. may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  20.   Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Smart PC 
  21. on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered Smart PC 
  22. software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, 
  23. if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software 
  24. is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  26.   SMART PC IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR
  27. IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA
  28. LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR
  29. MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  31.   Upgrade policy - FREE upgrades for one year!

  33.   Our software licenses include one year of free upgrades and support to the 
  34. same product.

  36.   Installing and using Smart PC signifies acceptance of these terms and
  37. conditions of the license.

  39.   If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Smart PC
  40. files from your storage devices and cease to use the software.
