  4. License for use and distribution.

  6. The Quick Starter isn't freeware. This means:

  8. 1. All copyrights to Quick Starter are exclusively
  9.    owned by the author - Boyarick.Net

  11. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of
  12.    30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or
  13.    less, if you wish to continue to use Quick Starter,
  14.    you MUST purchase it.

  16. 3. Once purchased, the user is granted a non-exclusive
  17.    license to use Quick Starter on one computer
  18.    (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, at a time.
  19.    The licensed Quick Starter software may not be
  20.    rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if
  21.    the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license.
  22.    If the software is an update, the transfer must
  23.    include the update and all previous versions.

  25. 4. The Quick Starter trial version, may
  26.    be freely distributed, provided the distribution
  27.    package is not modified. No person or company may
  28.    charge a fee for the distribution of Quick Starter
  29.    without written permission from the copyright holder.

  31. 5. Quick Starter IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
  32.    NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED
  33.    OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  34.    THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA
  35.    LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY
  36.    OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
