  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. IE Privacy Keeper is distributed as freeware.
  5. This means:

  7. 1. All copyrights to IE Privacy Keeper are exclusively owned by
  8. UnH Solutions.
  9.  
  10. 2. IE Privacy Keeper may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below,
  11. provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company 
  12. may charge a fee for the distribution of IE Privacy Keeper without written 
  13. permission from the copyright holder. IE Privacy Keeper may not be bundled or 
  14. distributed with any other package without written permission of
  15. the copyright holder.

  17. 3. IE Privacy Keeper IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS 
  18. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. UNH SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE 
  19. LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE 
  20. USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  22. 4. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, 
  23. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or 
  24. any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. 
  25. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of 
  26. this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  28. 5. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by UnH Solutions.

  30. 6. Installing and using IE Privacy Keeper signifies acceptance of
  31. these terms and conditions of the license.

  33. 7. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 
  34. IE Privacy Keeper files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

  36. 8. Current license agreement terminates all previous license agreements for 
  37. IE Privacy Keeper.
