  42. RESTRICTION OF FUNCTIONALITY & CONTENT

  45. By installing and using the IE-SPYAD "Restricted sites" list and/or the 
  46. INSTALL.BAT installation utility, you acknowledge that you have read,
  47. understood, and agreed to following terms and conditions:

  49. a) The IE-SPYAD "Restricted sites" list contain lists of domains and web 
  50. sites that your web browser will use to restrict the functionality and 
  51. content of those sites and domains when they are displayed in your web 
  52. browser. 
  53.  
  54. b) By installing the IE-SPYAD "Restricted sites" list included in this dist-
  55. ribution package, you acknowledge that it is your decision to restrict the 
  56. functionality and content of the web sites and domains covered in the IE-SPYAD 
  57. "Restricted sites" list -- including sites and services that may prohibit you 
  58. from restricting their functionality and content or otherwise interfering with 
  59. their services and software -- should you choose to use those sites, services, 
  60. and domains.

  62. c) If you do not wish to restrict the functionality and content of certain of 
  63. those sites, you can selectively edit the IE-SPYAD "Restricted sites" list -- 
  64. either in its source file form or through your web browser's graphical user 
  65. interface (GUI) -- to remove the list entries that restrict the functionality 
  66. and content of those sites.

  68. d) You agree to accept any and all legal responsibility for the consequences 
  69. that may result from the restriction of functionality and content of the sites 
  70. and domains covered in the IE-SPYAD "Restricted sites" list when you use those
  71. domains and sites.

  73. e) If you have entered into contracts or agreements with the companies whose 
  74. sites and domains are included in the IE-SPYAD "Restricted sites" list, and 
  75. those contracts or agreements prohibit you from restricting the functionality
  76. and content of those sites or otherwise interfering with the companies' soft-
  77. ware or services, you agree that it is your responsibility to resolve those 
  78. contractual obligations in a satisfactory manner.

  81. Advice on Distributing IE-SPYAD

  84. As noted above, IE-SPYAD is distributed under the terms of the Gnu General Public 
  85. License, a copy of which is online HERE.

  87. That license gives you broad rights to modify and distribute IE-SPYAD, but in order 
  88. to exercise those rights, you must abide by the terms of the license. At a minimum, 
  89. to distribute, modify, or distribute modified versions of IE-SPYAD under the terms

  93.       stating that you changed the files and the date of any change.
