  1. PortsLock 1.7 is a firewall that offers user-level
  2. access controls for Windows NT/2000/XP. It integrates
  3. with the Windows user authentication system and once
  4. installed, administrators can assign permissions to
  5. TCP/IP connections, just as they would in managing
  6. permissions on an NTFS partition of a hard disk.
  7. PortsLock lets you control which users can access what
  8. TCP/IP based protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMTP, etc.) on a
  9. local computer, depending on the time of day and day
  10. of the week.
