BEGIN GDSUITE LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is a legal agreement between you and the owners of gdSuite, Aaron and Gail Feuer ("gdSuite owners"). This software product has been licensed to you by the gdSuite owners. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. By installing or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, remove the product from your hard drive and permanently erase all copies of the product.
GRANT OF LICENSE
This License Agreement permits you to use one copy of the gdSuite software (the "Software") on a single computer or workstation. This License does not constitute a sale of the Software and does not authorize a sale of the Software or anything created from the software. All intellectual property in the Software, including animations, audio, images, video, and text, are owned by the gdSuite owners and/or their licensors, and are protected by United States laws. gdSuite owners retain all rights not expressly granted. By agreeing to this license agreement, you are agreeing to treat the Software as if it is copyrighted under United States laws by the gdSuite owners regardless of the legal status of the copyright of the Software.
1. You may not make copies of this Software for distribution to another individual or entity. You may not use the software on or over a network or other transfer device, including the Internet. Use of the Product on more than one computer constitutes copyright infringement.
2. You may transfer your rights under this Agreement on a permanent basis provided you transfer the license granted by this Agreement, and the Software, and you retain no copies, and the recipient agrees to all of the terms of this Agreement.
3. You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels in the Software.
4. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive the source code from, or modify the Software.
In the event you fail to comply with any of the terms or conditions of this license, your rights to use the Software will end, you shall stop using the Software, remove the Software from your computer, and permanently erase all copies of the Software.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
In no event will the gdSuite owners or Airbear Software or their suppliers or licensors be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to any damage to your computer from use of the Software.
MISCELLANEOUS
No change or modification of the License Agreement will be valid unless it is in writing and is signed by the gdSuite owners.
Neither Aaron Feuer nor Airbear Software are in no way affiliated, endorsed or in any way related to Google.com (Google Inc). GoogleÖ is a trademark of Google Inc.
