  1. F-GROUP SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  5. LICENSE:
  6. * This Limited Use Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a 
  7.   legal agreement between you ("Licensee"), the end-user, and F-Group for 
  8.   the use of the F-Group software product Absolute StartUp("Software").  
  9.   By using this software or storing this program on a computer hard drive 
  10.   (or other media), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.  
  11.   If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement delete the Software from 
  12.   all storage media. 
  13.  
  14. * You may install this program to test and evaluate if it suits your needs and 
  15.   you wish to purchase it; in unregistered version you will be shown some 
  16.   limitations within the program. After 21 days you should to remove Absolute StartUp
  17.   from all storage media or register.
  18.  
  19. * You may not alter this software in any way, including changing or removing any 
  20.   messages or windows. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or 
  21.   otherwise reduce this software to a human perceivable form.  You may not modify, 
  22.   rent or resell for profit this software, or create derivative works based upon 
  23.   this software.

  25. * You may use one license for one PC. 
  26.  
  27. * Each registered user will get unique key. By this key registered user will get 
  28.   all future free updates of Software.
  29.  
  30. * For major version update registered users will get 50% discount.
  31.  
  32. * You may not use any registration codes for the Software that have not been 
  33.   purchased from F-Group or an authorized representative of F-Group.
  34.  
  35. * You may not publicize or distribute any registration code algorithms, information,
  36.   or registration codes used by this software without permission of F-Group.
  37.  
  38. * You accept responsibility for any network usage costs or any other costs incurred 
  39.   by using this Software.
  40.  
  41. * Registration could be terminated in the case of violation this license.

  45. warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation,
