  34. SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS LICENSE

  38. Evaluation and Registration
  39. ---------------------------

  41. This version of Merak Mail Server contains all versions of the Merak Mail Server 
  42. software suite including the expiring shareware copy (DEMO), Lite, Standard, Professional 
  43. and all associated software including Merak Instant Antispam, Merak Integrated Antivirus, 
  44. Merak Instant Messenger Server, IceWarp Webmail and Merak GroupWare Server.

  46. Upon installation Merak Mail Server is installed in DEMO (shareware) mode and can be 
  47. converted to a fully licensed version by purchasing a license key or by restoring from a fully 
  48. licensed back up configuration file, created from your existing licensed installation. Subject to the 
  49. terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge.

  51. If you continue using Merak Mail Server beyond a 30-day period, you are required to register the product.
  52.  
  53. After registering, you will receive a license number, which will make the program fully registered.
  54. This key is PERSONAL and you are not allowed to distribute it further. Your license does not limit 
  55. you to the machine where Merak was initially licensed. You can migrate your Merak installation to 
  56. another machine as many times as you want, under the condition that you are running Merak on a single machine 
  57. per license at any time.

  59. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware Version, you are hereby licensed 
  60. to make as many copies of as you wish and provide EXACT copies of the original version to anyone and 
  61. distribute the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.

  63. You are specifically prohibited from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products 
  64. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

  66. You are allowed to make certain changes to the HTML pages with the exception of preservation of the 
  67. IceWarp LTD copyright to the HTML help and ôabout usö pages. All other changes are strictly prohibited.

  69. Upon installation, the program will send an informative e-mail to our server.  The information contained 
  70. in this email is never stored by us and is used for no other purpose than aggregate installation statistics.

  72. Merak Mail Server Software contains no hidden means of access whatsoever, either via remote access or on the 
  73. physical server.
