  1. This version of VCW VicMan's Photo Editor is an UPGRADABLE freeware.
  2.  
  3. It means that you can use it version for free in any purposes including
  4. home, web, commercial and so on. You are not obliged to pay for it by ANY
  5. means. It has no trial limitations and is enough for editing your photos
  6. and web graphics.
  7.  
  8. But it does not provide you some advanced image editing features that are
  9. available ONLY in the non-free PROFESSIONAL (PRO) version. And it contains
  10. a window that advertises benefits of the PROFESSIONAL version.

  12. 1. It can't work with images with width or height exceeding 1000 pixels.
  13.  
  14. If your image is bigger, our program will resize it right after loading
  15. keeping aspect ratio (without changing your file, certainly).
  16.  
  17. 2. It can't work with more than two images simultaneously.

  19. If you are trying to open/create third one, it will offer you to replace
  20. one of currently opened images with it.

  23. 3. It can't export images to GIF file format.

  25. Would you try to access this feature, program will inform you that it is not
  26. available and offer you to purchase PROFESSIONAL version.

  30. This advanced feature was added only in the PROFESSIONAL version of our product.

  33. We added "Gif Export" and "Cloning tools" in the interface of the free version
  34. only to make it similar to the PRO interface thus making it easier to upgrade.

  41. VicMan Software makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated
  42. from VCW VicMan's Photo Editor software and, with respect thereto, VicMan Software
  43. shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind
  44. resulting from using or misusing VCW VicMan's Photo Editor including without limitation,
  45. any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by
  46. you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction.
  47. VicMan Software shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential
  48. damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken
  49. thereunder.

  52. AT YOUR OWN RISK. VicMan Software DISCLAIMS ALL
  53. WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF
  54. MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE
  55. LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF
  56. LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  58. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  59. decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  60. licenced program, or any subset of the licenced program, except as
  61. provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall result
