  1. Foxit PDF Reader End User License Agreement
  2.  
  3. This agreement is made between Foxit Software Company of San Jose, California, 
  4. USA ("Foxit") and you, the person who make use of Foxit PDF Reader ("You").
  5.  
  6. You must agree all terms in this agreement in order to use Foxit PDF Reader
  7. legally. If you don't agree all terms in the agreement, please don't use
  8. Foxit PDF Reader, and delete all related files from your computer.
  9.  
  10. 1. OWNERSHIP: Foxit PDF Reader is fully owned by Foxit, this license agreement 
  11. doesn't change the ownership.
  12.  
  13. 2. LICENSE: Foxit grants You the license to use Foxit PDF Reader, free of 
  14. charge, if you meet all the conditions listed in section 3, "Conditions".
  15.  
  16. 3. CONDITIONS: To be licensed to use Foxit PDF Reader, You must:
  17. a) Not modify any part of Foxit PDF Reader;
  18. b) Agree to release Foxit from all liability caused directly or indirectly
  19. by using Foxit PDF Reader;
  20. c) Not controlling Foxit PDF Reader from other application, except launching
  21. Foxit PDF Reader;

  23. 4. REDISTRIBUTION: You can not redistribute Foxit PDF Reader under this 
  24. agreement, please contact sales@foxitsoftware.com for information on our
  25. free redistribution agreement.
