  5. The AEP2005 Pro is a trial program. This means:

  8.    All copyrights to AEP2005 Pro are exclusively owned by 
  9. SecureAction Research. 
  10.  
  11.    Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. 
  12. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to 
  13. continue to use AEP2005 Pro, you MUST register.

  16.    Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license 
  17. to use AEP2005 Pro  on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), 
  18. for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered AEP2005 Pro 
  19.  software may not be rented or leased but may be permanently 
  20. transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of 
  21. this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must 
  22. include the update and all previous versions. 
  23.    The AEP2005 Pro  unregistered trial version may be 
  24. freely distributed provided the distribution package is not 
  25. modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the 
  26. distribution of AEP2005 Pro  without written permission 
  27. from the copyright holder.

  29.    AEP2005 Pro  IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY 
  30. KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE 
  31. AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF 
  32. PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS 
  33. SOFTWARE.

  37. modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or 
  38. transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed

  41. termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or 
  42. civil prosecution.

  47.    Installing and using AEP2005 Pro  signifies acceptance 
  48. of these terms and conditions of the license.

  51. remove AEP2005 Pro  files from your storage devices and 
  52. cease to use the product.
