  220.  (a) the GoldMemory (including any portion or copy thereof) is
  221.      erased from the first computer, and
  222.  (b) there is no possibility that the GoldMemory will be used
  223.      on more than one computer at a time.

  225.  For Use on a Multiple Computers

  228.  The GoldMemory may be used by you on more computers if you have
  229.  multilicense for each computer from license range.
  230.  E.g. If you buy 5 users licence you may use for 5 computers maximum
  231.  or less with same rights as above (For Use on a Single Computer).

  233.  Archival Copy

  236.  You may make only archival copies of the GoldMemory for backup
  237.  purposes only in support of your use of the GoldMemory on a single
  238.  computer, provided that you reproduce on the copy all copyright and
  239.  other proprietary rights notices included on the originals of
  240.  the GoldMemory.

  242.  Limitations on Using, Copying, and Modifying the Software
  243.  ---------------------------------------------------------

  245.  Except to the extent expressly permitted by this Agreement or by the
  246.  laws of the jurisdiction where you acquired the GoldMemory, you may
  247.  not use, copy or modify the GoldMemory. Nor may you sub-license any
  248.  of your rights under this Agreement.

  250.  Decompiling, Disassembling, or Reverse Engineering
  251.  --------------------------------------------------

  253.  You acknowledge that the Goldmemory contains trade secrets and other
  254.  proprietary information of the author. Except to the extent expressly
  255.  permitted by this Agreement or by the laws of the jurisdiction where
  256.  you are located, you may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise
  257.  reverse engineer the GoldMemory, or engage in any other activities
  258.  to obtain underlying information that is not visible to the user
  259.  in connection with normal use of the GoldMemory. In any event, you
  260.  will notify the author of any information derived from reverse
  261.  engineering or such other activities, and the results thereof
  262.  will constitute the confidential information of the author that may
  263.  be used only in connection with the GoldMemory.
