  4. purposes only. Commercial users must purchase a license with author.

  9.      Free of charge Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty
  10. of  any  kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability,
  11. fitness  for  a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to
  12. the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you.
