  29. Installation:

  32.   Before starting with the installation process, make sure that the adapter
  33.   is properly installed and configured.
  34.  
  35.     1. Turn on the power of your PC on to boot from Windows operating system.
  36.        Windows will auto-detect your new adapter, and the "New Hardware Found"
  37.        dialogue box will appear. Select "Driver from disk provided by hardware
  38.        manufacturer" to install driver from the diskette that comes with your
  39.        LAN adapter.

  41.     2. Insert the driver diskette into your floppy drive, and specify the
  42.        path of the driver in the diskette(i.e. A:\) to copy the driver
  43.        files to your system.

  45.     3. When the driver installation is completed, restart Windows.

  47.   Note:
  48.  
  49.     1. The NDIS2 and ODI drivers are only supported in Windows 95.
  50.  
  51.     2. In Win2000, some applications may have connectivity problem,
  52.        sometimes it's caused by Win2000 scatter-gather DMA compatibility
  53.        issue. There is a parameter in driver set up page "Optimized for
  54.        Performance", setting it to "disabled" can solve this problem.
