  5.    owned by the author - PS Soft Lab.

  7.    2. Anyone may use this software for FREE.

  9.    3. The PS Hot Launch VVL software may not be rented or 
  10.    leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the 
  11.    person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. 
  12.    If the software is an update, the transfer must 
  13.    include the update and all previous versions.

  15.    4. The PS Hot Launch VVL, may be freely distributed, 
  16.    with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution 
  17.    package is not modified. No person or company may 
  18.    charge a fee for the distribution of PS Hot Launch VVL
