  71.     Height" in <b>Options | Viewing | Window</b> and <b>View | Zoom</b>. 
  72.     This option works well for side-scrolling panoramic images.</font></li>

  74.     display a loupe (magnifier) for viewing details within images (<b>View | Loupe</b>).</font></li>

  81.     with multiple undo/redo capability, limited by available memory. You can set 
  82.     a specific memory limit in <b>Options | Preferences | Advanced</b>. The default 
  83.     is 200,000 Kb; however, when Undo is enabled, T+ will always save at least 
  84.     one Undo/Redo level, regardless of image size.</font></li>
  85.   <li><font face="Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif">When a selection is 
  86.     active in an image window, pressing Delete (or <b>Edit | Delete</b>) will 
  87.     replace the selected area with the current view window background color. Ctrl+Delete 
  88.     is now the keystroke to delete a file. There is also an option in <b>Options 
  89.     | Viewing | Other</b> to enable file deletion when no selection is active, 
  90.     which will provide previous behavior.</font></li>
  91.   <li><font face="Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif">Added <b>Edit | Cut</b> 
  92.     to image windows, which copies the current selection to the clipboard, then 
  93.     clears it.</font></li>

  95.     that does not change the image size (i.e., filter, color adjust, color balance, 
  96.     cut/paste) can now be faded; the image is combined with the Undo image at 
  97.     the opacity selected. Undo must be enabled (<b>Options | Viewing | Other</b>) 
  98.     for this feature to be available.</font></li>

  100.     assign or remove color profiles to <b>Image | Quick Process | Modify File

  122.     for seeing how much lossy compression affected an image. The following values 
  123.     are computed: Mean Square Error (MSE), Peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and 
  124.     an approximated Wang & Bovik quality index. Also shown are the number 
  125.     of identical and the number of different pixels.</font></li>

  167.     (translating to 8-bps).</font></li>

  210.     speed when scanning already-thumbnailed folders or trees.</font></li>
  211.   <li><font face="Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif">You can now display 
  212.     up to 9 user-defined fields in the thumbnail view.</font></li>
  213.   <li><font face="Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif">Enabled the ability 
  214.     to create thumbnails of unsupported files from the clipboard (<b>Thumbnail 
  215.     | Make</b> from Clipboard). There is also an option (<b>Options | Preferences 
  216.     | Thumbnails</b>) to save the clipboard information as a .tp_jptn file for 
  217.     when thumbnails are remade. These files are automatically moved, copied and 
  218.     deleted along with the corresponding originals when they are moved from within 
  219.     ThumbsPlus. When T+ cannot load a file, it checks for the presence of a .tp_jptn 
  220.     file with the same name and uses that to make the thumbnail.</font></li>

  223. <h2><a name="metadata"></a><font color="#000066">File Metadata (EXIF, IPTC, Comments, 
  224.   Annotations, User Fields)</font></h2>

  227.     and supplemental categories are now show in the Info pane. </font></li>
  228.   <li><font face="Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif">Items on the Info tab 
  229.     are now colored based on their source (EXIF, IPTC, User Fields, etc.) You 
  230.     can customize the colors (or turn of the coloring altogether) in <b>Options 
  231.     | Customize | Info Colors</b>. Additionally, the items in the "Available" 
  232.     list box for selecting info items are grayed if they are already in the Selected 
  233.     list. (I didn't want to prevent people from adding an item twice -- it's useful 
  234.     when the list is large.)</font></li>
  235.   <li><font face="Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif">Modifying multiple files 
  236.     with IPTC info is now supported. When you edit IPTC info with multiple files 
  237.     selected, each field has a checkbox to indicate whether it should be changed

  240.     for assigning user fields; these store the last 50 items entered.</font></li>
