  2.              LICENSE TO USE AND DISTRIBUTE EFFECTIVE FILE SEARCH

  4.    EFFECTIVE FILE SEARCH is shareware, this means:

  6.    1. All copyrights to EFFECTIVE FILE SEARCH are exclusively owned by SOW.

  8.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.
  9.       Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish
  10.       to continue to use EFFECTIVE FILE SEARCH, you MUST register.

  12.    3. EFFECTIVE FILE SEARCH may be freely distributed, provided the
  13.       distribution package is not modified.  No person or company may
  14.       charge a fee for the distribution of EFFECTIVE FILE SEARCH without
