  25. CommTraffic has a highly customizable, intuitive interface that
  26. displays statistics in graphical and numeric form. The program's
  27. main window can be customized to display incoming, outgoing, and
  28. summary traffic statistics in a variety of styles. The program
  29. allows you to set time and traffic limits to reflect the rates
  30. set by your ISP. Once the limit is approached, the program will
  31. alert you by playing a sound, displaying a message, and so forth.
