  1. IMPORTANT - READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY - This Quantrix End User License 
  2. Agreement ("License" from hereon in) is a legal agreement between you 
  3. (either an individual or a single entity) and Quantrix Corporation 
  4. (proprietary to Danny Liu) for the Quantrix Software product this License 
  5. was distributed with, which includes computer software and may include 
  6. associated media, printed materials, and electronic documentation ("Software" 
  7. from hereon in). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software 
  8. product, you agree to be bound by the Terms of this License. If you do not 
  9. agree to the Terms of this License, do not install or use the Software product.

  11. This License grants You, the user ("User" or "You" from hereon in) a 
  12. non-exclusive License to use Quantrix Software products on the Terms and 
  13. Conditions of this License that follow:

  15. LICENSE - You may Use and Copy the Software in machine/computer perceivable 
  16. format provided You reproduce Quantrix's Copyright notice and any other 
  17. included Files.

  19. RESTRICTIONS - You may only distribute or redistribute the Software if 
  20. advanced notification (of at least 72 hours) is given to Quantrix Corporation. 
  21. Redistributing Quantrix Software without informing Quantrix Corporation prior 
  22. to redistribution is an infringement of this License. Quantrix Software contains 
  23. trade secrets and in the interest of protecting them you may NOT decompile, 
  24. reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human 
  25. readable or interpretable format. You may NOT modify, translate, lease, loan, 
  26. rent, adapt, resell for profit or create works based upon the Software or any 
  27. part of it thereof.

  29. OWNERSHIP - Software is copyrighted by, proprietary to, and a trade secret of 
  30. Quantrix Corporation, and where applicable Danny Liu (CEO). Quantrix retains the 
  31. title, ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Software and all 
  32. subsequent copies made regardless of the media or format. The Software is 
  33. protected by copyright laws of Australia and international copyright treaties. 
  34. This License is NOT a sale of the Software.

  36. TERMINATION - This License is effective until terminated. This License will 
  37. terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of the 
  38. Terms and Conditions or provisions mentioned. Upon termination you shall 
  39. destroy or in some way render useless and incomprehensible all copies of the 
  40. Software, including any partial copies made.

  42. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY - The User accepts all risks which may arise from the 
  43. use of the Software, including but not limited to errors in the transmission 
  44. or corruption of existing data or software. Quantrix makes no warranties, 
  45. expressed or implied, and specifically disclaims any warranty of noninfringement 
  46. of third parties' rights, warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a 
  47. particular purpose. The User's rights may vary from country to country, state to 
  48. state.

  50. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in 
  51. NO event shall Quantrix or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, 
  52. indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, 
  53. damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business 
  54. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability 
  55. to use the Software, or the provision of or failure to provide support services, 
  56. even if Quantrix shall have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  58. GENERAL - You agree that this is the complete agreement concerning this License. 
  59. You are aware that the terms and/or conditions of this License may change in any 
  60. way at any time, with or without prior or other notification of any nature. You 
  61. assume full responsibility for the legal and responsible use of the Software. 
  62. Should any provision, term or condition of this License be declared unenforceable 
  63. in any jurisdiction, then such provision, term or condition shall be deemed to be 
  64. severeable from this License, and shall NOT effect the remainder hereof.
