Hunt on Foxes takes the premise behind Minesweeper and mixes it up a little bit. Unlike MS, the numbers you uncover represent how many foxes can be "seen" from that point. Using those numbers, your goal is to uncover the total number of foxes (shown at the bottom along with your moves) in the lowest number of moves.
The only problem I have with this program is it takes the simplicity out of Minesweeper and implements a more difficult task. When I run Minesweeper, it is just for a quick get-away from everything else.
But still, the graphics are done very well and the animations are far better than the default Windows Minesweeper. If you're looking for something a little harder but a little nicer looking than MS, give Hunt on Foxes a try.
