  2.    FOX HUNTING - PRODUCT LICENSE INFORMATION

  4.    NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. USE
  5.  OF  THE  SOFTWARE  PROVIDED  WITH  THIS  AGREEMENT  (THE "SOFTWARE")
  6.  CONSTITUTES  YOUR  ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO
  7.  THE  TERMS  OF  THIS  AGREEMENT,  DO  NOT  INSTALL  AND/OR  USE THIS
  8.  SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE
  9.  BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  11.    1. LICENSE GRANT.
  12.    Oleg  Bulychov  and Nick Egorov (Gladiators Software) grants you a
  13.  license  to  use one copy of the version of this SOFTWARE on any one
  14.  system  for  as  many  licenses  as  you  purchase.  "You" means the
  15.  company,  entity  or  individual  whose  funds  are  used to pay the
  16.  license  fee. "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or
  17.  displaying  the SOFTWARE. You may not modify the SOFTWARE or disable
  18.  any  licensing  or  control  features  of  the SOFTWARE except as an
  19.  intended part of the SOFTWARE's programming features. When you first
  20.  obtain  a  copy of the SOFTWARE, you are granted a program with some
  21.  limitations.  To  release  those  limitations  you  must pay for the
  22.  SOFTWARE  according  to  the  terms  and  prices  discussed  in  the
  23.  SOFTWARE's  documentation.  This license is not transferrable to any
  24.  other  system,  or  to  another  organization or individual. You are
  25.  expected  to  use  the  SOFTWARE  on  your  system and to thoroughly
  26.  evaluate  its usefulness and functionality before making a purchase.
  27.  This  "try  before  you buy" approach is the ultimate guarantee that
  28.  the  SOFTWARE  will  perform  to  your  satisfaction; therefore, you
  29.  understand and agree that there is no refund policy for any purchase
  30.  of the SOFTWARE.

  32.    2. OWNERSHIP.
  33.    The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by Gladiators Software. Your
  34.  license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not
  35.  be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE.

  37.    3. COPYRIGHT.
  38.    The   SOFTWARE   is   protected   by   Russia  copyright  law  and
  39.  international  treaty  provisions.  You acknowledge that no title to
  40.  the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You
  41.  further  acknowledge  that  title  and  full ownership rights to the
  42.  SOFTWARE  will  remain the exclusive property of Gladiators Software
  43.  and  you  will  not  acquire  any  rights  to the SOFTWARE except as
  44.  expressly  set  forth  in this license. You agree that any copies of
  45.  the  SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices which appear
  46.  on and in the SOFTWARE.

  48.    4. REVERSE ENGINEERING.
  49.    You  agree  that  you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify,
  50.  translate, or disassemble the SOFTWARE in whole or in part.

  52.    5. NO OTHER WARRANTIES.
  53.    GLADIATORS  SOFTWARE  DOES  NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE IS ERROR
  54.  FREE.  GLADIATORS  SOFTWARE  DISCLAIMS  ALL  OTHER  WARRANTIES  WITH
  55.  RESPECT  TO  THE  SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT
  56.  NOT  LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
  57.  PARTICULAR  PURPOSE  AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. SOME
  58.  JURISDICTIONS  DO  NOT  ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
  59.  LIMITATIONS  ON  HOW  LONG  AN  IMPLIED  WARRANTY  MAY  LAST, OR THE
  60.  EXCLUSION  OR  LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO
  61.  THE  ABOVE  LIMITATIONS  OR  EXCLUSIONS  MAY  NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS
  62.  WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER
  63.  RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

  65.    6. SEVERABILITY.
  66.    In  the  event of invalidity of any provision of this license, the
  67.  parties  agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of
  68.  the remaining portions of this license.
  69.  
  70.    7. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
  71.    IN  NO  EVENT SHALL GLADIATORS SOFTWARE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE
  72.  TO  YOU  FOR  ANY  CONSEQUENTIAL,  SPECIAL,  INCIDENTAL  OR INDIRECT
  73.  DAMAGES  OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY, PERFORMANCE OR USE
  74.  OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF GLADIATORS SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
  75.  POSSIBILITY  OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL GLADIATORS SOFTWARE'S
  76.  LIABILITY  FOR  ANY  CLAIM,  WHETHER  IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER
  77.  THEORY OF LIABILITY, EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID BY YOU, IF ANY.

  79.    8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
  80.    This  is  the entire agreement between you and Gladiators Software
  81.  which  supersedes  any  prior  agreement  or  understanding, whether
  82.  written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.
