  7. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE
  8. Important - read carefully:

  10. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement
  11. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the
  12. mentioned author of this Software for the software product
  13. identified above, which includes computer software and may
  14. include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
  15. or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
  16. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  17. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not
  18. agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
  19. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  21. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  22. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  23. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  24. treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  26. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  27. Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of
  28. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  30. Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an
  31. unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that
  32. each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright
  33. and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this
  34. EULA. Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed as a
  35. standalone product or included with your own product. Distibuting the
  36. SOFTWARE PRODUCT REGISTRATION INFORMATION without
  37. our permission is strictly prohibited.

  39. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  41. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  42. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  43. PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
  44. permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  46. Separation of Components.
  47. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  48. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  49.  
  50. Software Transfer.
  51. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  52. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  53.  
  54. Termination.
  55. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  56. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  57. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  58. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
  59.  
  60. Distribution.
  61. Distibuting  the SOFTWARE PRODUCT registration information without our 
  62. permission is strictly prohibited. The user must register the software
  63. from our own FREE registration system.
  64.  
  65. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product
  66. or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion 
  67. of this product.  The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any free 
  68. or non-profit packages or products.

  70. 3. COPYRIGHT.
  71. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  72. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  73. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the
  74. SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  75. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this
  76. Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  77. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  78. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except
  79. that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
  80. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  81. purposes.

  83. LIMITED WARRANTY

  85. NO WARRANTIES.
  86. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for
  87. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related
  88. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
  89. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the
  90. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
  91. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  92. or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
  93.  
  94. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  95. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  96. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  97. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  98. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  99. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  100. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  102. REGISTRATION
  103.  
  104. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is a freeware. You can use it for free, however 
  105. registration is required if you want to use it longer than 11 days. 
  106. Registration number can be obtained for FREE, simply visit 
  107. http://www.freshdevices.com.

  109. Distibuting  the SOFTWARE PRODUCT registration information without our 
  110. permission is strictly prohibited. The user must register the software
  111. from our own FREE registration system.
