  12.    1. Because, as a registered user, you:
  13.  
  14.    1) Encourage the author to further develop and improve RAR,
  15.       making possible new RAR releases;
  16.  
  17.    2) May use RAR in commercial and other environments;
  18.  
  19.    3) Gain access to the Authenticity Verification and other advanced 
  20.       features;
  21.  
  22.    4) Access support and assistance, via E-mail and RAR Support
  23.       Sites, worldwide;
  24.  
  25.    5) Gain the right to use ALL future RAR releases, on the same OS
  26.       platform, in the registered mode. When a major version number
  27.       is changed, it may be deemed necessary, due to the activities
  28.       of hackers, to change the registration method. If this happens,
  29.       an upgrade diskette will be available from your local registration
  30.       site for a small charge to cover postage and handling.

  36.    If you wish to become a registered RAR user, all you need do is make a
  37.    payment to the author, via one of the local registration sites listed
  38.    in RAR_SITE.TXT  Many registration sites will accept credit cards, all 
  39.    will accept cash or cashier's cheque.

  51.    Upon receipt of your registration fee with the completed registration
  52.    form you will receive a registration key file which will correspond to
  53.    the registration string given in the registration form.
  54.  
  55.    Upon receipt of your registration key file you should copy it to the
  56.    WinRAR folder. If the key is archived, in a .RAR file, please extract
  57.    the key from the archive in order to register your copy of WinRAR.

  59.    It is possible, depending upon the facilities available at your local
  60.    registration site, to have the key delivered to you by e-mail or by
  61.    your local postal service on diskette.
