  1. IIS WinPlay3 v2.3b5  SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. WinPlay3 is protected by copyright laws and international copyright
  5. treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

  7. All title and copyrights in and to the IIS WinPlay3 v2.3b5 software
  8. product are owned by:

  16. GRANT OF LICENSE
  17.  
  18. Fraunhofer IIS hereby grants you the non-exclusive, nontransferable
  19. right of installation and personal usage of the IIS WinPlay3 v2.3b5
  20. software: You may install one copy of WinPlay3 on your computer for
  21. your personal and non-commercial usage.
  22.  
  23. All other rights are reserved to Fraunhofer IIS. You may not rent,
  24. lease, sell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer the WinPlay3
  25. software product, including any accompanying documentation materials.
  26.  
  27. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the WinPlay3
  28. software product, except and only to the extent that such activity
  29. is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this
  30. limitation.

  32. Fraunhofer IIS and its suppliers shall retain title and all ownership
  33. right to the IIS WinPlay3 software product.
  34.  
  35. Fraunhofer IIS is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates
  36. for WinPlay3 to you. However, any maintenance or updates provided
  37. by Fraunhofer IIS shall be covered by this License Agreement.

  39. Fraunhofer IIS will not provide any support or further assistance
  40. in installing and using the WinPlay3 software than the accompanying
  41. online documentation files, please refrain from directing questions
  42. regarding program installation and usage to Fraunhofer IIS.

  46. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  48. Fraunhofer IIS expressly disclaims any warranty for the WinPlay3
  49. software product. WinPlay3 is provided on an "as is" basis without
  50. warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without
  51. limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a
  52. particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of
  53. use or performance of WinPlay3 remains with you. In no event shall
  54. Fraunhofer IIS be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the
  55. use of the WinPlay3 software product.
