  1. Software License Agreement
  2. Anvil Studio

  4. IMPORTANT -- Please Read
  5.  
  6. Please do not use the Software until you have read this Agreement, which
  7. provides the terms and conditions for its use.  Press the Page Down key until 
  8. you have read the entire agreement.  Installing the Software indicates that
  9. you have read, understand and accept this Agreement.
  10.  
  11. You are granted a non-exclusive license to unlimited copies of the Software, and 
  12. to share those copies with others so long as the copies are not modified from 
  13. their original form.  However, because the Software is protected by copyright 
  14. laws, it is illegal:  to modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, 
  15. rent, or sell for profit.  The Software contains Willow Software trade secrets, 
  16. and you may not reverse engineer the Software.

  18. This Software is provided "as-is" and, to the maximum extent permitted by 
  19. the law, Willow Software disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, 
  20. regarding the Software, including their quality, their fitness for a particular 
  21. purpose, or their lack of infringement.  Willow Software does not warrant that 
  22. the Software is free from errors, or other program limitations.  The entire 
  23. liability of Willow Software for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid 
  24. by the customer for the Software.

  26. This Agreement does not limit any rights that Willow Software may have under 
  27. trade secret, copyright, patent or other laws. 
  28.  
  29. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable 
  30. law, then it shall be, to that extent, deemed omitted and the remaining 
  31. provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  32.  
  33. The validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by Washington 
  34. State law, and applicable federal law.  This Agreement is deemed entered into at 
  35. Shoreline, Washington.
