  1. At the moment, this directory should contain a file called
  2. cacert.pem which contains all the trusted root and intermediate
  3. CAs used for validating the certificate supplied by the server.
  4. The file format is just a concatenation of the certificates
  5. in PEM (DER+Base64) encoded format.
  6.  
  7. At some point in the future we will probably switch to the other
  8. format used by openssl: each certificate in a PEM encoded file
  9. whose name is a hash of the DN/serial.
  10.  
  11. This directory and its contents must be present in the final
  12. installation place.
