  9. 1)    All disputes will be settled under English law.

  11. 2)    Bodies who provide hosting for the program shall be considered bailees.

  13. 3)    A commercial body shall be defined as a body:

  15. a)    with more than 5 computers with the program installed on the site,
  16.  
  17. b)    shipping more than 5 computer systems a month with the program.
  18.  
  19. 4)    The program shall be free for for all non-commercial bodies.
  20.  
  21. 6)    The author shall not be held liable in any way for damage caused by the program.
