  1. Installation of DCEnhance 1.3
  2. Digital Camera Enhancer does the hard job of noise reducing, skin smoothing
  3. and automatic balance control for you. It uses the latest (c) Mediachance image processing algorithms.
  4. And it is free!

  7.   1. The purpose of the program 
  8.   The program works best if you have bad light condition (indoor, shadows etc..) and 
  9.   your image is somehow off. So if some of your images are already fine, you won't 
  10.   see much difference. 
  11.   One thing makes DCEnhancer different from other tools - reducing the noise and 
  12.   skin smoothing algorithm. It makes DCE ideal for making cool portraits and close-ups!

  15.   The program is for Windows 95, Windows NT and Window 98
  16.   Run setup.exe
  17.   This will install DCEnhancer exe file, and readme.
  18.   This program doesn't install anything into the Windows or System directory.
