  6.    ItÆs  nice  and  easy  to work at a computer with installed Aston.
  7.  Aston donÆt need a very powerful and expensive computer. Also, Aston
  8.  is  much  more  stable.  It  needs  a little RAM size, few processor
  9.  resources, so computer system has a very good performance.
  10.    Aston  -  new  Desktop  manager  and Shell replacement for Windows
  11.  9x/NT/ME/2000/XP.  Aston fully replaces standard Windows Desktop and
  12.  gives you a great amount of new features:

  14.    - Nice looking, easy-to-change interface; 
  15.    - Detailed setup of any element;
  16.    - Very simple visual configuring (no need to learn about this
  17.      complicated *.cfg files);
  18.    - Toolbars of any size with plenty of levels;
  19.    - Skins for all the elements;
  20.    - Any size & shape icons, maybe animated;
  21.    - Plug-ins (LitestepÆs also);
  22.    - Hotkeys;
  23.    - And so on...

  25.    Besides,  Aston  contains all the main Windows DesktopÆs elements,
  26.  like  Desktop, TaskBar, Tray, Main Menu, DDE (without it, installers
  27.  may  corrupt),  Drag&Drop. Aston based of fully original code and it
  28.  is  not  a clone of any other shell. ProgramÆs code was optimized by
  29.  its size and speed.

  31.    System requirements: Pentium-90,  8Mb RAM, 3-9 MB free disk space.

  34.    Aston  is SHAREWARE. Unregistered version has some limitations, so
  35. maximal  elements' amount of the Desktop, Toolbars, Menu, Hotkeys can
  36. not be more than 10.
