  2.               CuteSQL Licence Agreement

  4.  CuteSQL (the "Software"), is protected by copyright 
  5.  and other international treaties.
  6.  
  7.  This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal 
  8.  agreement between You ("Licensee"), the end-user, 
  9.  and CHARONWARE, s.r.o.
  10.  
  11.  By using the Software or storing it on a computer hard 
  12.  drive (or other media), You are agreeing to be bound by 
  13.  the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree to 
  14.  the terms of this Agreement, You must delete the Software 
  15.  from all storage media.

  17.  You may install the Software and create as many 
  18.  copies of the Software on storage media as You wish.
  19.  You may redistribute the Software freely on on-line 
  20.  services, bulletin boards, or other electronic media 
  21.  as long as the files are distributed in their entirety. 
  22.  The Software may not be distributed on CD-ROM, disk, 
  23.  or other physical media for a fee without the permission 
  24.  of CHARONWARE, s.r.o.

  26.  You may not alter the Software in any way, including 
  27.  changing or removing any messages or windows.

  29.  You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble 
  30.  or otherwise reduce the Software to a human perceivable 
  31.  form. You may not modify, rent or resell for profit 
  32.  the Software.

  34.  You may not create derivative works based upon the 
  35.  Software without the permission of CHARONWARE, s.r.o.

  37.  You may not publicize or distribute any registration code 
  38.  algorithms, information, or registration codes used by 
  39.  the Software without permission of CHARONWARE, s.r.o.

  41.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO LICENSEE "AS IS". ALL EXPRESS 
  42.  OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, 
  43.  INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
  44.  SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, 
  45.  OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT 
  46.  THAT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE HELD TO BE LEGALLY INVALID.

  49.  CARE ABOUT END-USER. BUT IN NO EVENT SHALL BE THE AUTHORS

  51.  CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE SOFTWARE (INCLUDING
