  13. This "Super Lite" is self-extract
  14. executable.  No need for the system
  15. installation.

  18. === SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ===

  20. This Agreement is made and entered into by
  21. and between you and VINTAGE SOLUTIONS, INC
  22. (hereinafter called "VSI") with respect to
  23. and in connection with the license granted
  24. to use the "Super Lite" version of VSI's
  25. Anti-Virus application software called as
  26. "ANTIDOTE for PC Viruses" (hereinafter
  27. referred to as the "Software").
  28.  
  29. You are considered to have agreed on the
  30. following terms and conditions of this
  31. Agreement upon your first use of the
  32. Software.
  33.  
  34. Article 1. Copyright
  35.  
  36. It is understood and agreed that the
  37. copyright and any other intellectual
  38. property rights arising out of the
  39. Software and any related materials
  40. including, but not limited to, a user
  41. manual provided with the Software,are and
  42. shall remain the property of VSI.
  43.  
  44. Article 2. Purpose, Support & Warranty
  45.  
  46. 1. The Software is provided, free of
  47.    charge, for you to examine and try
  48.    out the Software.
  49.  
  50. 2. VSI shall make no guarantee of compatibility
  51.    between the Software and any other software
  52.    product, including any future versions of
  53.    the same.
  54.  
  55. Article 3. License Grant
  56.  
  57. VSI hereby grants you a non-exclusive and non-
  58. transferable license to use the Software as
  59. long as you use the same only for such purpose
  60. as set forth in Article 2 hereof.
  61.  
  62. Article 4. Restrictions
  63.  
  64. 1. You shall not reproduce, distribute, sell,
  65.    lend or transfer the Software to any third
  66.    party.

  68. 2. You shall not change, correct, alter, modify,
  69.    update, enhance, disassemble, decompile or
  70.    otherwise reverse engineer the Software.

  72. Article 5. Disclaimer
  73.  
  74. The Software is provided "AS IS" and VSI
  75. disclaims any warranty with respect to the
  76. Software and  makes no guarantee that the
  77. Software is uninterrupted and error-free.
  78. In no event, shall VSI be liable for any
  79. damages of any kind arising out of or in
  80. connection with the use or non-use of the
  81. Software including, but not limited to,
  82. loss of or damage to data .

  84. Article 6. Term of Use
  85.  
  86. The license granted hereunder shall expire and
  87. be limited thirty (30) days from the program
  88. datecode.
