  12.     The FAR manager is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:
  13.  
  14.  1. All copyrights to FAR are exclusively owned by the author
  15.     - Eugene Roshal.
  16.  
  17.  2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 40 days.
  18.     Following this test period of 40 days or less, if you wish  to  continue
  19.     to use FAR, you MUST register.
  20.  
  21.  3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use  FAR
  22.     on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, at  a  time.
  23.     The registered FAR software may not be rented  or  leased,  but  may  be
  24.     permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to  terms  of
  25.     this license. If the software is an update, the  transfer  must  include
  26.     the update and all previous versions.

  28.  4. The FAR unregistered trial version,  may  be  freely  distributed,  with
  29.     exceptions  noted  below,  provided  the  distribution  package  is  not
  30.     modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution  of
  31.     FAR without written  permission  from  the  copyright  holder.  The  FAR
  32.     unregistered trial version may not be bundled or  distributed  with  any
  33.     other package without written permission of the copyright holder.

  35.  5. To register you must complete the registration form and  send  it,  with
  36.     registration fee, to one  of  the  authorized  registration  sites,  see
  37.     FAR_SITE.TXT.

  39.  6. FAR MANAGER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED
  40.     OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE  FOR
  41.     DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY  OTHER  KIND  OF  LOSS  WHILE
  42.     USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  44.  7. You may not use,  copy,  emulate,  clone,  rent,  lease,  sell,  modify,
  45.     decompile, disassemble, otherwise  reverse  engineer,  or  transfer  the

  48.     in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in
  49.     criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  53.  8. Installing and  using  FAR  signifies  acceptance  of  these  terms  and
  54.     conditions of the license.

  57.     files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
