  5.     The Autoroute SMTP is FREEWARE. This means:

  7.     - ElcomSoft Co. Ltd. exclusively owns all copyrights to
  8.       Autoroute SMTP.

  10.     - Anyone may use this software without any fee.

  12.     - Autoroute SMTP may be freely distributed, if the distribution
  13.       package is not modified. No person or company may charge
  14.       a fee for the distribution of Autoroute SMTP without written
  15.       permission from the copyright holder.

  17.     - AUTOROUTE SMTP IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY
  18.       OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT
  19.       YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
