This utility is designed for analyzing the changes made to your Windows Registry by making snapshots of it and keeping them in a browsable database. You can compare any two snapshots, and get the list of keys or data that is new, deleted, or just changed. You can also create undo/redo files (for example, to roll back the changes). This program is designed to be useful for detecting Trojan viruses and eliminating some problems caused by software and hardware. The previous version added Windows 2000 support, the ability to scan the Registry on a remote computer, bookmark support, and a command line interface.
New features in version 1.43 include the ability to store results of comparisons in text files and bug fixes. New in this version 1.50: Windows XP compatibility; It is possible to compare any keys; It is possible to compare any previously scanned key with its current state in the registry. Type column is added to the main window and to the Comparison window.
